Jonathan Bucki has worked with a variety of collaborations, organizations and community groups to build their capacity to respond effectively to the reality of their customers. He seeks to adapt cutting-edge ideas and applications and make them appropriate and effective for each organization. As a trainer and facilitator, Jonathan brings an energetic, creative and humorous spirit to his work. Jonathan has co-designed trainings for individual organizations as well as collaborative efforts who wish to increase their effectiveness. Jonathan holds a B.A. degree in Health, Faith, and Ethics from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN. He also attended L’lnstitut Protestant de Theologie, Faculte de Theologie Protestante in Montpellier, France.
As a seasoned executive leader, Yoshiko ‘Koko’ Chino holds a deep value in compassion, equity and inclusion balanced with productivity towards mission as critical factors for organizational success. Most recently the Executive Director of Gallaudet Interpreting Service (GIS), she spent 8 years transforming this division at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. Prior to working at GIS, she was responsible for overseeing a non-profit, statewide interpreter referral service in New Mexico which provided services to hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and other private and public entities. Yoshiko has experience in the non-profit, higher education, government, and private sectors.
Born in Northern California and growing up in the Caribbean, Southern United States and the Southwest, her bi-cultural birth family, and multi-cultural “families of choice” have been a source of inspiration in her work. Emphasizing honesty and courage in communication, especially around difficult subjects, Yoshiko works with groups to help them choose curiosity over fear. She works with groups to keep open minds and hearts as they do meaningful work. Being raised in the Zen Buddhist tradition, and her continued work within equity and communication access, provide a meaningful grounding for her work in leading organizational change. She brings a commitment to business results that acknowledges our human condition with compassion and honesty.
Yoshiko has been very active in national and international leadership on issues concerning the Deaf community and communication access and equity. Yoshiko is a nationally certified interpreter with previous work experience within community settings, post-secondary education, the legal system, healthcare and Video Relay Service.
Yoshiko’s other professional interests include diversity in the interpreting profession, the Convention on the Rights for Persons with Disabilities and its implementation in developing nations, and the advancement of ethical standards for entities that provide interpreting services in the United States.
Yoshiko has her BS Summa Cum Laude in Signed Language Interpreting from the University of New Mexico. She will be completing her MPA from Gallaudet University in the spring of 2017. When she is not working, she enjoys yoga, training for triathlons, and travel.
For more than fifteen years Alexsandra has focused on creating powerful systems that empower the awakening of strong, focused leadership. Alexsandra is particularly interested in leaders that stand for change, give back to their communities, and that positively impact culture and society through their work. She stands for leadership that creates a new reality for the future of our world.
Alexsandra is a faculty at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where she leads as a trainer, supervisor, and certification program leader and examiner. As a coach, Alexsandra taps into Systems Intelligence and works with individuals, teams, and partners both domestically and internationally. She has worked all over Europe, South Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America.
Alexsandra is a trainer, supervisor, and certification cohort leader for the Center For Right Relationship (CRR Global). She is also a faculty member of St. Kate’s University where she leads seminars for the Leaders of the New Millennium and serves as an executive coach and trainer. Additionally, Alexsandra is a guide and trainer for the Evocative Leadership Mastery Program where she uses eight different forms of intelligence—all based on ancient pre-Mayan teachings—to evoke people’s presence, innovation, and responses.
Other areas of Alexsandra’s work include consulting, speaking, leading group wilderness experiences, and leading international group trips to sacred places such as the Peruvian and Mexican jungles.
Krista is passionate about helping leaders and teams lead through change as a result of shifts in brand/strategy/culture, key leadership and/or business focus. She h
as served as an executive coach for hundreds of leaders and teams going through critical change. She stands for leadership that has the courage to lead with their head and heart.
She brings 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development to her work. She left the corporate world to start her own coaching and consulting practices. Her last corporate role was for Target Corporation as the Director of Talent Development where she led the organization’s leadership development and onboarding strategy, consulted on organization wide diversity, multi-cultural and inclusion programs, lead organizational change initiatives and coached senior leaders.
Prior to Target, she worked as a consultant for McGladrey & Pullen (today known as RSM-McGladrey), both as an executive recruiter and later conducting assessments for selection, coaching leaders and helping family businesses through succession planning.
In her current work consulting for a range of companies in various industries, she has designed and facilitated strategy sessions, improved team effectiveness, designed leadership development programs, consulted on culture change management efforts and customized executive coaching programs, including executive integration programs, for senior leaders, nationally and internationally, including C-suite executives. She finds fulfillment in guiding others through personal and organizational transformation using the diverse tools she is certified in.
Krista received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business (with honors) and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. When she is not working, you will find her enjoying time with her family. She is committed to health and wellness, and finds restoration and rejuvenation in her yoga and meditation practices.
Adriana’s professional journey has been dedicated to building leadership and community, and to providing health and wellness education. She has spent much of the last decade managing and implementing programs, as well as facilitating and leading trainings both domestically and across Latin America. As a dedicated mindfulness practitioner and certified 500-hour yoga and meditation instructor, she enjoys threading movement and mindfulness into all areas of her work.
Born into a bicultural and multilingual family, Adriana grew up fluent in Spanish and with a strong desire to build inclusive and diverse environments where different languages, cultures, perspectives, and approaches are celebrated. These values were further honed during her time living in both Peru and Argentina.
Additionally, Adriana is deeply committed to inspiring individuals and organizations to thrive and to step into their unique greatness. As a natural next step in her career, Adriana recently enrolled in a coaching training program to become a Life & Executive Coach. She is inspired daily and looks forward to offering her coaching services soon.
Adriana holds a bachelor’s in International Relations and Psychology from The George Washington University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, hiking, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with loved ones.
